About Me

Most organizational problems are not people problems. They are system problems: structures that reward the wrong behaviour, metrics that have become the target, and leadership roles filled by past competence rather than future capacity. I have spent my career diagnosing these patterns and redesigning the systems that produce them.

As a consultant, executive, and board member to over 120 organizations across Canada, the USA, and more than 50 cities worldwide, I am brought in when the standard explanations have run out and the underlying architecture needs to change.
